PetroWeld has developed Processes and Procedures for welding and fabrication strictly adhered to maintain the quality of our products. Our Methodologies are certified to conform to ISO 9001-2015, API 650, ASME Section VIII Division 1, and ASME Section IX welding code. Our team of in-house Quality Control personnel ensures that every stage of manufacture is monitored, inspected/tested, and recorded from receiving raw materials until a product is ready for delivery. A Quality Dossier is provided for every essential fabrication job and contains below main sections

Fabrication & Welding Workshop

PetroWeld, a company that began in 2011, has grown significantly since its inception in 2011. To diversify and manufacture specialized equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry, the company established a modernized fabrication facility in a strategically located location between Bardarash and Rovi City. The facility is a 6800 square meters workshop with a lofty engineered steel building, equipped with a 2 X 10 Ton SWL Electric Overhead Travelling Crane for handling components and materials. The property also houses a separate warehouse, equipment maintenance, office block, and accommodation for the Engineering, Production, and QHSE Team. The remaining land is used for materials laydown, sandblasting, painting, and recreation parks. The workshop is equipped with modern machineries for general fabrication, including cutting, shearing, shaping, forming, bending, hole punching/drilling, welding, non-destructive testing, sandblasting, and coating application.

The workshop is supported by a team of experienced engineers, certified specialists, and tradesmen with vast knowledge in pressure vessel, tank, plant piping, structural steel, and general machining works.
